To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please communicate with us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products as well as size exchanges are offered at your expense. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Some types of goods may be exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for products that are intimate or sanitary goods, as well as health and personal care items and gift cards.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report describing your problem in detail along with relevant photos where possible. Be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial request to avoid delays.
The return address is set by default to a Printful Inc. facility. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful Inc. facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after some time, contact your credit card company or payment processor, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
